Terms
By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract with Stenella Antiques and Stenella Auctions. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally obligated to purchase the item(s) won. Bidders acknowledge that they have conducted proper due diligence before placing a bid and knowingly placed a legally binding bid. Any questions prior to bidding should be directed to info@stenellaauctions.com.
Condition
We strive to accurately describe each item. While substantial defects are disclosed and/or photographed, minor defects or smells may not be mentioned. All items are sold as-is. Condition details are provided as a courtesy and are opinions, not warranties. Dimensions are approximate. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items or contact Stenella Auctions for verification of condition and measurements. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is free from wear or flaws. Stenella Auctions is not responsible for errors or omissions in condition descriptions.
Return Policy
All items are sold as-is with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with NO RETURNS for any reason.

Shipping
At auction close, buyers must notify the auction house if they will pick up items or require shipping. For shipped items, buyers must complete and return the shipper authorization form.​

Larger Freight Items (e.g. furniture): Buyers are responsible for scheduling pickup or making shipping arrangements within 14 days of auction close. the buyer pays the shipper directly for all packing and shipping costs. We assume no responsibility for any issues related to shipping or shippers. A list of shippers used by other Stenella customers is available on our shipping page or upon request.

UPS Items: The UPS Store can provide shipping quotes before or after the auction. Items will be released to the UPS Store after payment and shipping authorization form are completed and sent to Stenella Auctions. Buyers are responsible for shipping and freight payments directly with the shipper.
Pickup
All items must be removed within 14 days of auction close. After 14 days, moving and storage costs of $5 per day, per item will apply. Items not removed within 60 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refunds. Moving and storage costs must be paid in full before items are released.
Acquiring Purchased Auction Items –
Buyer is responsible for scheduling pickup or making shipping arrangements. As the buyer, you will pay the shipper directly for all packing and shipping costs and they will provide tracking. Please email your pickup/shipper time(s) & date(s) to info@stenellaauctions.com

Buyers must submit a shipper authorization form to release items to third-party shippers. It is recommended to email this form as soon as payment is completed.
Autopay
This auction uses Autopay by LiveAuctioneers. Winning bidders will be charged shortly after the auction concludes. To opt out of Autopay, notify LiveAuctioneers within 48 hours of auction close. Stenella Auctions cannot reverse payments once processed.
Sales Tax
Online purchases are subject to sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers should submit their tax-exempt certificate to LiveAuctioneers to avoid tax collection. PA sales tax of 6% applies to all pickups unless a tax-exempt status is registered with LiveAuctioneers or a PA Tax Exempt Form is provided to Stenella Auctions at payment.
